Sometimes the challenge isn’t just what’s happening around you, it’s the role you’ve learned to carry within it. The strong one. The responsible one. The peacekeeper. The one who holds everything together. These roles often start as ways to cope or adapt, but over time they can become the only way you know how to show up.

I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions and asking, what now? who am I in this next phase? I also work with those who have never had the space to explore their identity, and have been living based on expectations, learned patterns, or what was required of them.

Identity coaching creates space to pause, understand these patterns, and begin building a way of showing up that reflects who you are now, not just who you had to be.

My Approach

My approach to identity coaching is reflective, structured, and focused on helping you understand the patterns shaping how you show up. We don’t rush to “fix” anything. We start by identifying the roles you’ve been carrying, where they came from, and how they continue to influence your decisions, relationships, and sense of self. From there, we begin creating space between you and those automatic patterns, so your responses become more intentional rather than reactive. This work is not about becoming someone new. It’s about understanding who you’ve been, and making conscious choices about who you want to be moving forward.

Identity Reset Program (6 Weeks)

Identity Reset is a 6-week one-to-one coaching program designed to help you understand the roles you’ve been living in and begin reshaping how you show up in your life and relationships. We explore the role you tend to step into, the story behind it, and how it continues to shape your life today. From there, we work on creating emotional space, setting boundaries, and redefining how you show up in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.

Your Coaching Journey

Starting identity coaching can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’ve spent most of your life focusing on what’s expected of you. This process is designed to be clear, structured, and supportive.

Clarity Call

We begin with a short conversation to understand what you’re navigating and what you’re looking for. This helps us assess whether the program is the right fit for you.

If we decide to move forward, we go through a simple agreement outlining the structure of the program, expectations, and how we’ll work together.

Over 6 weeks, we move through a structured process of understanding your patterns, creating space for change, and building a more intentional way of showing up. Sessions are reflective, focused, and designed to help you move from awareness to meaningful shifts.
